The two and half hour award ceremony was spread out with high energy performances including
Britain’s got Talent’s Peridot, Lilly Allen style performer Gemma Mews, then a networking /
after party.
This year there has been over a staggering 175 submissions. “This not only shows the growth of the organisation, but more importantly the quality and high talent that is in London, untapped and unrecognised. Without the Limelight Film and Arts Awards, these talents may have gone unnoticed and as film maker myself I feel it is my duty to help other film makers, with a
long term goal to help strengthen the British film industry,” says Limelight Director, Munsur Ali.
